Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 
 

DELIVERY TIME :  2 - 3  WORKING DAYS        

The above-mentioned delivery time estimation is after the parcel has left our warehouse. When your parcel has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to ship your goods within this timeframe we will inform you whenever possible.

2) ABOUT YOUR ORDER

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail the moment your order will leave our warehouse. This e-mail contains your order information, provided by you.

3) DAMAGES

Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.

In case you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team.

Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.

It’s normal for the carton to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:

-  If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
-  If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.
When you contact our Customer Service Team, please have your order number (all information is included in your shipment confirmation e-mail) along with your e-mail address and phone number at hand.

We will do our best to refund your purchase amount as soon as we receive your returned order.

Place the item(s) you would like to return in the shipping box. Stick the return label that you received with your order on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.

In case the parcel was delivered with UPS, please deposit your return in a UPS Access Point or check UPS.com to arrange a home pick up at your convenience.

To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

 2) EXCHANGE

We currently have an exchange service.
You can return any product that you are not fully satisfied with and choose another product.

Please note as a condition: the price need to be the same as the bought one.
